What is Recurring Buy
Recurring Buy allows you to schedule automatic crypto purchases at fixed intervals. You can choose daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly frequency and fund them using your bank card or Bybit EU balance. Once set up, your plan runs automatically, without any manual orders or deposits.
The system executes each order at the current market price when the transaction occurs, based on Bybit EU’s card and balance buy-crypto quotes.
How to Access Recurring Buy
On web:
- Select Buy Crypto from the homepage.
- In the menu, choose Recurring Buy from the tab next to One-Click Buy and Fiat Deposit.
- You can now proceed with setting up your Recurring Buy.
On the Bybit EU app:
- Tap Buy Crypto on the homepage.
- In the top-right corner, tap the Recurring Buy icon.
- You’re now ready to set up your plan.
How to Create a Recurring Buy Plan
- Go to the Recurring Buy page and select your preferred cryptocurrency and amount.
- Choose how often you want to buy: daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly
- Select a payment method. You can use an existing card or add a new one.
- Select your existing balance or choose to pay directly with your bank card.
- If you already have a saved card, confirm your details. The first purchase will be processed via secure payment, and future purchases will run automatically.
- If you do not have a saved card, add your card details and proceed to payment.
Once confirmed, your Recurring Buy plan is active. You can create up to 20 active plans at a time!
How to Manage Your Plan
- View all your active plans and their status in the Plans section.
- You can edit, pause, or cancel any plan at any time. A confirmation message appears before a plan is stopped.
- If a card is linked to an active plan, it cannot be removed until the plan is canceled. If you try to delete the card first, you’ll see an alert explaining that the plan must be canceled before removing the card.
Pricing
The execution price follows the real-time market rate at the time of purchase. Pricing is based on Bybit EU’s credit card and balance buy-crypto quotes.
Investment limits for Recurring Buy are aligned with the existing limits for card and balance buy-crypto services on Bybit EU.
Smart Notification System
You’ll always stay informed about your plan’s activity.
- Notifications are sent when a plan is created, canceled, or successfully executed.
- If a payment fails because of insufficient balance or card issues, you’ll receive an alert, and the system will retry automatically.
- If retries fail, the plan will be ended automatically and you’ll be notified.
- Before each scheduled purchase, a reminder notification or email will be sent to let you know when your next transaction will occur.
